How to Pay

To make payment using the BPOINT payment portal please enter the infringement serial number, using the numbers only and no spaces.

If you have received an infringement notice, the serial number is listed on the top right-hand corner of the notice.

If you have received a letter from the Public Transport Authority regarding an infringement, the serial number is listed as "Our Ref", next to your name and address.

Please note it may take 2 to 3 business days from the date of issue for the infringement to be listed on the BPOINT portal.
