This portal is intended to be used by Collection teams for the purposes of processing patient credit card payments at the time of collection.

Accepted payment method: We can accept prepaid, debit and credit VISA and Mastercard, but NOT EFTPOS.

AHPRA/HPCA testing OR Hair Drug Screens
(including ETG Hair Screens) tests are referred to / conducted by QML and must be paid using this portal.

NIPT / PGx / GCS / Genomics Diagnostics
Payments at the time of Collection > Pay via the Genomics portal here.

Form instructions:

Lab Reference Number: include the full number, with the year as prefix (eg: barcode A45434565Z would be written as 20-45434565 in 2020)
Date of birth: written as DD/MM/YYYY
