Once payment is processed a Membership OK card will be generated and sent out to you by the next post.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in AUD. We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa only.

Any complaints should be made to:

Please address your complaint to The Secretary and provide us with your contact information, including membership number, phone details and email address, to enable a rapid and effective communication with you.
You can e-mail, write, telephone or fax us with your complaint. Our normal office hours are 9am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
